Tadka Talk


Tadka Talk serves authentic Punjabi cuisine with a Mothers touch, yes you read it right its truly home style with less oil and less masala and that is their USP. Its a pure veg restaurant.

Their interior is very pleasing, calm and they have a live open kitchen

Paneer Amritsari, Tandoori Phul and Lahori Seekh Paneer Cholia Te Khumbwalli - err no am not scolding you, these are the dish names


 3 types of chutneys, the mango chutney was awesome

 Choliya di Rassa - it has the black chenna and slightly spicy, unique taste

Khansama


A king is a king, no matter whatsoever, you don’t see middle class king or high class king :p they are BORN Royal.

Khansama, as the name refers is truly “The Royal Indian Chef” and it lives by its name. If you want to experience how the kings feasted then this is the place for you to visit. The ambiance, vessels, food etc all are truly royal so as the price too :)


































Its probably one of the best fine dining places for North Indian cuisine

Starters - Chhene Se Bhare Khumb, Bhatti Paneer, Dhuanr murgh tikka
















This is the Dhuanr murgh tikka, its a must try dish here, the charcoal is placed inside the “hole in the wall” err that’s in Pogo, its “hole in the pot” here


















































One is tamarind chutney and the other is the pudina, the tamarind goes well with most starters
